In order for the company to correctly process your salary, it is essential that your correct site hours are submitted by email usingthis form NO LATER THAN Tuesday 5.00pm. Failure to do so may result in missing the salary payment run.

 

Using this form you must detail the days/dates and hours worked and on which site.

 

Example :

Mon 01/07/14 Marsh Farm 9 hours

Tues 02/07/14 Marsh Farm 9 hours etc

 

This information will be checked against Site Management records with any unresolved queries being carried over to the following salary run. Deliberate mis-reporting of hours worked may result in dismissal. The Company reserves the right to pay its assessment of hours worked in the event of a conflict.
