What We Do
We do the simple things well and we are proud of what we do and how we go about our works. We have many repeat customers that return to us because of the very personal attention we give to all of our jobs and the high quality, hassle free service we provide.
BRICKWORK
As our name would suggest, our core business is Brick and Blockwork and we undertake packages from substructure brickwork upwards on either a Labour, Plant and Ancillaries basis or a Labour, Plant and Materials option.
Since our establishment, we have worked on hundreds of projects, including a portfolio of many of London's high profile projects, including the Shard, the Olympic Village and ....
We have a 100% CSCS carded workforce and our bricklayers are trained and all fully used to site works and the regulations and rules that they need to comply with. All of our site teams have trained Site Safety Supervisors (SSS) and are visited daily by our own contracts management.
We are comfortable in pricing work from Bills of Quants or Spec and Drawings to provide a fully comprehensive project cost.

It was the requests from our regular client base to undertake more and more builders work that forced us to assemble a more flexible team to undertake all necessary builders work from simply forming new openings to placing structural beams and concrete work.
Undertaking a builders work package requires significant co-ordination with other trades and we are adept at liaising with site teams and other contractors to deliver efficient builders work packages without impacting on progress to other works.

We not only understand how to put buildings together, also understand how to take them apart. Our demolition division have exceptional experience of sympathetic demolition needed on conservation projects, soft strip and pre-demolition strip out, asbestos removal and full demotion.
Having developed the capability to undertake more and more builders work later saw our progression for more complicated structural alteration that lead to demolition and strip out works and we have honed our teams ever since.
With complicated asbestos removal works, we will generally use a contractor that we have a strong association with but we will manage and co-ordinate their works with the rest of the demolition/alteration works.

Hand in hand with structural alterations is diamond drilling and concrete cutting and as this part of our business grew, we invested in our own equipment which in turn meant that we needed to find the work to pay for it and as a result the business has grown.
